All heat treatments are subjected
to rigorous, exacting, and pertinent standards of quality control and quality assurance by our
strategic department for quality management. The testing guidelines are oriented on the one hand towards customer requirements, on the other towards leading edge technology in analogy to DIN EN ISO 9001. Our plants in Brackenheim, Bochum, Chemnitz and Weimar each have a quality management system in place. The independent certification agency TUV-CERT already certified the plants in Bochum and Weimar according to DIN EN ISO 9001. Our locations in Brackenheim and Weimar will shortly be audited and certified by the TUV. Successful co-operation with machine- and systems manufacturers and with the automotive and aviation industry confirms the high quality standards of Härtereien Reese. |
We take care to
improve staff and customer satisfaction constantly. By
permanent optimisation of business processes and
performance we intend to keep our competitive edge. We assure product quality not only with state-of-the-art technology in our plants: process guidance has already been implemented in the control system. We also attain and document reproducible quality with an automatic carbon analyser, an automatic, ultrasonic hardening examination station and by applying the standardised DIN testing procedures for hardening modelled after Rockwell, Brinell und Vickers.
