Important parameters are gathered inline ...
When designing the plant, the engineers at Reese attached great importance to the plant controller's ability to gather and evaluate important measurement data directly inline, i.e. during the hardening process.

Dipl.-Ing. Ralph Lechleitner, the supervisor and one of the planners for the new line of furnaces, explains: "The electronic process technology enables us to determine and consistently control not only each of the processing stages, but also the whole process itself - whatever the batch."

    ... visualized and documented
In other words, the process parameters, from pretreatment to cooling, are stored and documented. In addition, the process is visualized for the operator. On request, the parameters can be placed at the customer's disposal, a service provided as part of our Quality Management. For some time now, all four Reese hardening plants have been certified in accordance with DIN EN ISO.
