    Special know-how of inductive hardening
As a specialist for the locally concentrated finishing of iron materials through inductive hardening of peripheral layers by means of the HF and MF technique, the Weimar-based hardening plant Reese can rely on extensive experience and know-how. The commissioning of a new vertical hardening machine (figure) as an integral component of a MF hardening plant (160 kW, 6.4 up to 9.8 kHz) makes it possible to entirely or partially harden up to 1800 mm long axially symmetric parts having a diameter of up to 200 mm. The plant is computer-controlled; special guide systems for inductors and quenching sprinklers ensure reproducible results at any time.
